  1. 360g (13 ounces) smoked Atlantic salmon
  2. 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  3. Zest of one lemon, finely grated
  4. Juice of one lemon
  5. 2 ounces 35% whipping cream
  6. 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  7. 1 French shallot, finely chopped
  8. Freshly ground pepper
