Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Melt butter,sugar and syrup over low heat (I use microwave)
- Cool, then add 2 beaten eggs, vanilla and salt.
- Pour into prepared pastry shells and cook at 400 for 15-20 min.
Notes
- Bake in a preheated 200 oven for 15 mins, turn oven to 350 and bake for 10-15 mins more until golden-this ensures filling does not run over
