Perfect example of the more classic Marlborough style of Sauvignon Blanc. Intensely aromatic with attractive herbs and stony notes. Dry, tangy sauvignon blanc with green capsicum, lime zest, gooseberry and subtle tropical fruit and passionfruit flavours. A light, fresh wine with good purity and energy. Pairs well with Goat Cheese, White meats and fish.
